about

In December 1977 and early January 1978 a handful of songs were written and practiced, all committed to tape, and the idea sprung to do a gig to raise funds for MUNRadio-CHMR, where most of Da Slyme volunteered and whose studios had facilitated the creation of Touloose and Da Slyme (“Touloose” was edited out after the first gig). Radio spots were produced to promote the show. This one by MUNRadio-CHMR staffer, Peter Wood, used early practice takes of tunes as the music bed.
